Holding MIPCOM in a safe environment
11-14 October 2021
Reed Midem will regulate traffic flow and capacity across the exhibition hall
We will ensure that maximum capacity limits are complied with in exhibition halls, conference spaces and food service areas...
Floor markings and a one-way system will help you follow social distancing measures.
Wearing a mask will be mandatory for all participants, service providers and our team
Surgical masks will be mandatory for trade show participants, service providers and Reed Expositions France employees.
A medical team will be present for the duration of the event. Suspected COVID-19 cases will be isolated and handled by suitable health professionals.
Hydro alcoholic gel will be available during the event
Hand sanitiser will be available during the event.
Touch-free hand sanitiser stations will be located throughout the premises and in common areas (conference rooms, demonstration spaces, etc.).
Daily disinfection of high-use areas will be reinforced
We are working with our cleaning service providers on the necessary frequency for added protection of everyone on their stands and also across the exhibition floor, in reception areas, toilet facilities etc…
In order to avoid queues and frequent contact, we use e-Badges wherever possible, so remember to print your badge before the trade show.
A new design of the meeting spaces and conference rooms is being created
These designs will allow face-to-face meetings while respecting physical distancing measures. The capacity of these rooms will be also limited.
Reinforced safety checks on food hygiene
Extensive inspection of catering sites and the verification of the overall food preparation process will be reinforced.
Tables will be arranged to follow social distancing measures, with 1 m between each table and no more than 10 people per table. Health inspections will be increased and staff will be trained to follow health measures.
Regular communication before and during the event to update safety rules
Our objective is to open the doors of our exhibitions in a responsible manner while respecting the protection of the participants and our team. We’ll keep you informed about all health and safety developments.
